環氧-酚醛膠的優點是性能較全面,耐高低溫、耐熱老化、大氣老化和濕熱老化。主要缺點是脆性大。有機硅樹脂的硅氧烷基能與環氧樹脂的羥基反應,改型物具有有機硅和環氧樹脂的雙重優點。 增韌劑 耐高溫粘結劑由于大分子的剛性和交聯密度高所以脆性大,影響了粘結強度,尤其是線受力強度,因此需要增韌。通常的增韌劑有端羧基丁腈橡膠、聚酚氧樹脂、聚砜樹脂等。通常隨著韌性的增加,耐熱性會降低。近年來采用熱塑性耐熱性樹脂如聚芳砜、聚醚酮、聚醚醚酮等;來增韌,隨著韌性的提高耐熱性基本不下降,甚至還略有提高。 填料 超細純鋁粉能顯著提高粘結強度。氣相二氧化硅能控制流動性。常用的填料還有硅微粉和立德粉等。 抗氧化劑 被粘結的金屬離子如銅、鐵離子在高溫下有催化有機高分子的熱氧化分解反應,造成界面粘結破壞。為了消除金屬離子的催化降解活性,提高耐熱性,常加入金屬離子鰲合劑如8-羥基喹啉、沒食子酸丙酯、乙酰基丙酮、鄰苯二酚等。他們可以捕捉這些金屬離子,從而減弱金屬離子的催化降解作用。某些砷、錳、鉬的氧化物也能有效的降低金屬離子的活性如As2O5能于Fe離子生成很穩定的砷鐵鹽。
環氧樹脂高溫(wen)粘結(jie)(jie)劑的(de)定(ding)(ding)義、分類及(ji)評價在國內外至今沒有(you)統一的(de)標準。一般說來,耐高溫(wen)性應按照(zhao)在特定(ding)(ding)的(de)溫(wen)度、時間和介質中能保持(chi)設計(ji)所需要的(de)粘結(jie)(jie)強(qiang)度,或具有(you)一定(ding)(ding)的(de)強(qiang)度保持(chi)率來評價。
與其他(ta)耐高溫(wen)粘結劑相比教(jiao),耐高溫(wen)環氧樹脂(zhi)粘結劑的特點是;膠接強度高,綜合性能(neng)好(hao),使(shi)用工(gong)藝簡單。突出的優(you)點是固(gu)化過程(cheng)中(zhong)揮發份少(shao),僅0.5~1.5%左(zuo)右,收(shou)縮率小,一(yi)般(ban)在0.05~0.1~左(zuo)右。可(ke)在-60℃~232℃下(xia)長期使(shi)用,最(zui)高工(gong)作溫(wen)度可(ke)達260~316℃。
耐高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)環氧樹脂粘結劑可分為(wei)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)固化、中溫(wen)(wen)固化和室溫(wen)(wen)固化耐高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)粘結劑。
影響環氧(yang)(yang)樹脂(zhi)膠粘劑(ji)的(de)(de)主要(yao)因(yin)素 環氧(yang)(yang)膠粘劑(ji)的(de)(de)耐高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)性(xing)(xing)(xing)主要(yao)取(qu)決于(yu)固化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)變(bian)(bian)形(xing)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)和熱(re)(re)(re)(re)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)穩(wen)定性(xing)(xing)(xing)。前者決定高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)下(xia)(xia)的(de)(de)力學性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(強(qiang)度(du)(du)、模量、蠕變(bian)(bian)等(deng)),后者決定了極限使(shi)用溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(分(fen)(fen)解(jie)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du))。這些(xie)都取(qu)決于(yu)樹脂(zhi)及(ji)固化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)的(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)子結構(gou)和相互(hu)的(de)(de)反映性(xing)(xing)(xing)。一(yi)般(ban)說來,固化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物(wu)(wu)中交聯密度(du)(du)越(yue)(yue)高,分(fen)(fen)子鏈(lian)上(shang)芳環、酯環、雜環等(deng)耐熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性(xing)(xing)(xing)剛性(xing)(xing)(xing)基團(tuan)越(yue)(yue)多,則固化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物(wu)(wu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)變(bian)(bian)形(xing)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)就越(yue)(yue)高,高溫(wen)(wen)(wen)力學性(xing)(xing)(xing)能愈大(da),耐熱(re)(re)(re)(re)性(xing)(xing)(xing)越(yue)(yue)好,但是(shi)脆性(xing)(xing)(xing)也越(yue)(yue)大(da)。脆性(xing)(xing)(xing)太大(da)會使(shi)強(qiang)度(du)(du)降低,通常(chang)要(yao)進行增韌。 熱(re)(re)(re)(re)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)穩(wen)定性(xing)(xing)(xing)是(shi)指固化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物(wu)(wu)抵抗熱(re)(re)(re)(re)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)破(po)壞的(de)(de)能力,它與固化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)學結構(gou)有關,可(ke)添加(jia)抗氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)加(jia)以(yi)(yi)改善。一(yi)般(ban)在(zai)(zai)無氧(yang)(yang)情(qing)況下(xia)(xia),環氧(yang)(yang)樹脂(zhi)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)分(fen)(fen)解(jie)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)在(zai)(zai)300℃以(yi)(yi)上(shang),而在(zai)(zai)空氣中使(shi)用時(shi),一(yi)般(ban)在(zai)(zai)180~200℃就會發(fa)生熱(re)(re)(re)(re)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)分(fen)(fen)解(jie)。在(zai)(zai)此溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)下(xia)(xia)老化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)一(yi)段時(shi)間(jian),強(qiang)度(du)(du)下(xia)(xia)降更(geng)大(da)。 脂(zhi)環族環氧(yang)(yang)樹脂(zhi)在(zai)(zai)200℃以(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia)比(bi)較穩(wen)定,但是(shi)高于(yu)200℃時(shi),熱(re)(re)(re)(re)氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)破(po)壞比(bi)雙(shuang)酚A型環氧(yang)(yang)樹脂(zhi)雙(shuang)酚A型環氧(yang)(yang)樹脂(zhi)更(geng)嚴重(zhong)。
芳香胺固(gu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的雙酚(fen)A環(huan)氧樹脂(zhi)的熱(re)(re)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)穩定性(xing)比(bi)(bi)脂(zhi)環(huan)或芳香酸酐(gan)固(gu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的雙酚(fen)A型環(huan)氧樹脂(zhi)穩定差。因為胺固(gu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的環(huan)氧樹脂(zhi)結構中(zhong)含有比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)多的羥基,在較(jiao)低的溫(wen)度下就比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)容(rong)易(yi)(yi)脫水,此外(wai),胺類上(shang)(shang)的N原子也(ye)比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)容(rong)易(yi)(yi)受到熱(re)(re)氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)破壞(huai)。酸酐(gan)固(gu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)物中(zhong)很少生成羥基。在290℃以(yi)上(shang)(shang)時,兩類固(gu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)的環(huan)氧固(gu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)產物主鏈都(dou)會斷裂。 一般(ban)說(shuo)來,固(gu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)溫(wen)度要(yao)求高的體系漆耐(nai)熱(re)(re)性(xing)也(ye)高。這是由于(yu)耐(nai)溫(wen)性(xing)高的環(huan)氧樹脂(zhi)和固(gu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)劑(ji)往往活性(xing)比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)低,在高溫(wen)下才(cai)能完全固(gu)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)。
