門窗(chuang)施工(gong)的現場(chang)臨(lin)時設(she)施主要由辦公室(shi)、宿舍、小型(xing)加工(gong)場(chang)地等組成。由于我方為總(zong)包單位平面行統(tong)一(yi)調配.
3.4施工段的劃分及作業安排
3.4.1施工(gong)段的劃分
根據(ju)本工程實際,主要為鋁合(he)金門窗(chuang)施工。包含具(ju)體工作如下(xia):
測(ce)量放線:負責(ze)尺寸(cun)校合、確定(ding)(ding)鋁合金門(men)窗的定(ding)(ding)位等(deng)工作。
門窗(chuang)安裝:不(bu)同類型的門窗(chuang)的定位安裝。
收(shou)尾收(shou)口(kou):本分項工(gong)程(cheng)包括(kuo)拆卸腳(jiao)手架(jia)、補齊板塊、打膠清(qing)洗、等。
鋁合(he)金門(men)窗(chuang)測(ce)量放(fang)線按(an)立(li)面(mian)分(fen)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)段(duan)。固定門(men)窗(chuang)安裝以各棟(dong)按(an)樓(lou)層分(fen)段(duan)。根據工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實(shi)際(ji)情況,在施工(gong)(gong)(gong)段(duan)劃分(fen)時將(jiang)按(an)本工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)分(fen)成三個(ge)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)(qu),每個(ge)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)(qu)內流水施工(gong)(gong)(gong),三個(ge)區(qu)(qu)之(zhi)間互不干(gan)涉,平行施工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
3.4.2作業安排
施工(gong)組織的設計應根據工(gong)程(cheng)的特點和各分項工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)的施工(gong)工(gong)藝,科(ke)學合理地安排,為創優(you)質工(gong)程(cheng)做好保證。
各類工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)分布范圍廣,進行(xing)分區(qu)可以(yi)合(he)理的(de)利用工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)面,同時(shi)展開施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),保證工(gong)(gong)(gong)期。根據(ju)本建(jian)筑結構特(te)點(dian),各施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)段的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)量大概相當,可以(yi)同時(shi)展開,同時(shi)結束。為(wei)縮短(duan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期,安排(pai)平行(xing)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),在各個(ge)區(qu)里安排(pai)流(liu)水施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。
3.4.3施工順(shun)序
本工(gong)(gong)程有玻璃幕墻、點(dian)之式(shi)幕墻及(ji)少部(bu)分(fen)鋁(lv)合(he)金門窗(chuang)。施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝詳見第六章《施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝》,其(qi)特點(dian)是安(an)裝涉及(ji)內外場(chang)配合(he),故確定整個的施工(gong)(gong)順序是流水作業,內外場(chang)同(tong)時進行。
幕墻、門(men)窗施(shi)工用(yong)水(shui)、用(yong)電量不大,不再另設(she)(she)水(shui)電供給設(she)(she)施(shi),由項(xiang)目的統(tong)一安排。
3.5.1用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)計劃。門(men)窗(chuang)施(shi)工(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)量不多。門(men)窗(chuang)施(shi)工(gong)過程中不設用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)設施(shi)。在門(men)窗(chuang)安裝(zhuang)完成后,進行淋水(shui)(shui)試驗時采用(yong)(yong)(yong)消防用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)管道供水(shui)(shui)。
3.5.2電路(lu)布置
現場施(shi)工時主要的(de)機(ji)電(dian)設(she)備是電(dian)動切割鋸以及電(dian)鉆、鉆床(chuang)吊(diao)裝設(she)備的(de)電(dian)機(ji)等(deng)。
由項目給出接駁(bo)點安裝總配電(dian)箱,內(nei)設總電(dian)表;再設四個(ge)(ge)分配電(dian)箱,每個(ge)(ge)分配電(dian)箱設兩個(ge)(ge)到三個(ge)(ge)回(hui)路,每個(ge)(ge)回(hui)路可設一個(ge)(ge)移動式手提配電(dian)箱接兩臺電(dian)鉆操作(zuo)。主配電(dian)線路采(cai)用(yong)電(dian)線路用(yong)3X50+2X25五芯(xin)電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)供(gong)電(dian),分配電(dian)箱采(cai)用(yong)3X25+2X10五芯(xin)電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。
3.5.3電力需求
幕(mu)墻(qiang)、門(men)窗用電高峰主要(yao)是在(zai)安裝階段。
每個施(shi)工段至少安排6臺(tai)電(dian)焊(han)機等(deng),用電(dian)計劃見(jian)下:
用(yong)電量集中在鋁合金門窗安裝階(jie)段,高峰期用(yong)電容量約250KVA,其余時間約100KVA,用(yong)電250kw可滿足要(yao)求。
工期相對較緊,工作(zuo)面(mian)比(bi)較大,因此在(zai)工程總體安排(pai)上,必(bi)須(xu)盡量把(ba)幕墻(qiang)骨架、玻璃、鋁合金門(men)窗(chuang)(chuang)在(zai)工廠(chang)(chang)內制作(zuo),減少(shao)現場安裝壓力。固定門(men)窗(chuang)(chuang)等制作(zuo)在(zai)工廠(chang)(chang)內制作(zuo)成(cheng)型(xing),運(yun)至(zhi)現場進行安裝。
根據(ju)施工計劃(hua),四(si)個(ge)工作面開展平(ping)行(xing)施工,每(mei)個(ge)區(qu)組織流水施工。每(mei)個(ge)區(qu)擁有(you)測量放(fang)線、骨架玻(bo)璃安裝(zhuang)、收口收尾3個(ge)專業(ye)施工隊。
根據工程量(liang)大小(xiao),大概配置施工人(ren)員:
測量放線施工隊:6人(ren)
骨架(jia)安裝施工隊:16人
玻璃安裝施工(gong)隊:20人
收口收尾施工隊(dui):10人
